3 Year Structural Warranty Coverage

All of our Australian made beds come with a 3 year structural warranty. This warranty covers structural defects that arise at the time of manufacturing. It does not cover issues or wear and tear that may arise under normal use. Our fabrics warranties vary between supplier / designer of 3-10 years and can directed to our suppliers with our assistance.  Please retain your proof of purchase and contact us for any warranty claims.

Please refer to our Care and Maintenance Guide which is essential for maximising the lifespan of your Create Estate bed. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the care of your bed, please don't hesitate to email us with photos and your orders invoice or order number.
