Delivery + Terms & Conditions

All items are made to order in Australia and will be dispatched with in 4-12 weeks from your order date, not including delivery.


If you live with in 80kms of East Coast CBDs, your delivery options and cost will be calculated at checkout. Deliveries outside of this area will be quoted at the time of ordering.

We offer several delivery options and your delivery location will determine which applies. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your order from our factory on the Sunshine Coast or arrange your own delivery.  

Standard Door-to-Door Delivery

ETAs provided are an estimate only between 9am - 5pm and it is your responsibility to liaise with the carrier directly to arrange an alternative delivery day if you're not going to be home. This service does not include damaged protection and is delivered at your own risk. A quote for sensitive freight (often furniture removalists) is required if you need damaged protection, particularly for oversized items or remote locations.

Personalised Door-to-Door Delivery

If available in your location and at your time of dispatch, our preferred third party carrier will call or text you the day before arrival with a delivery window with in two hours. This carrier operates fortnightly and depending on your dispatch date, may mean a delay in delivery if this is your preferred service. 

With notice, the below optional extras are also available:

- Assembly $40 bed heads, including rubbish removal

- Assembly $80 for bed bases, including rubbish removal

For smaller parcels, delivery can be monitored via our carriers website.

Sensitive Freight

We strongly recommend opting for Sensitive Freight delivery for those that live in remote locations or have oversized items. This option will be quoted on request and is usually via local furniture removalists.

Tracking & Re-delivery

Once your item has been dispatched from our factory you will be emailed an ETA with an approximate day of arrival and / or tracking details. Missed deliveries or redelivery will incur a repeat charge and will be scheduled on the next available date. Re-attempted delivery will incur an additional fee and are at your own expense.

Storage for Delays

There is no guarantee that Create Estate will be able to safely store your order, should you request a delay in delivery. Create Estate will make our best efforts to hold your order (in part or whole) free of charge for one week beyond the original delivery date. After this date you will need to make alternative arrangements for storage. Should Create Estate be requested to store your order further, you will be invoiced for storage at a rate of $50 per week payable prior to dispatch. If you have requested installation + rubbish removal, delaying dispatch may result in these services being cancelled.

Returns & Damages

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

If you wish to return an item because it is damaged or faulty please email us at hello@createestate.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the item with photos.

Our door-to-door services do not include damaged protection and items are delivered at your own risk. Please upgrade to Sensitive Freight if you require damaged protection, particularly for oversized items or remote locations.

Check your items for any transit damage before signing or accepting your delivery. If your items are not inspected at the time of arrival, this will waive your rights to claiming any necessary compensation should your goods be damaged upon opening.

Lead Times

The lead time on our beds changes week to week but is generally around 6-8 weeks from the time of ordering, with pre-christmas delivery now closed and new orders dispatched mid - late January 2022. Please contact us to confirm the ETA for your order if you you need to place a rush order, which incurs an additional fee.

 

Terms & Conditions

As all of our items are custom made by hand there may on occasion be a small variance in size or finish, as is the nature of upholstered furniture. Every fabric batch is slightly different from the last, particularly linens and natural fibres which is out of our control. We are committed to producing a high quality, long lasting product and credits or refunds will only be offered at our discretion.
