Delivery + Returns
Your delivery options and cost will be listed during checkout. We offer door-to-door express delivery around Australia at a flat rate of $120 per piece with in 25kms of major metro areas. Deliveries outside of this will be quoted at the time of ordering.
You are welcome to collect your order from our factory on the Sunshine Coast or arrange your own delivery.
Covid Restrictions Update
As several of our suppliers are located in Melbourne, the recent stage 4 restrictions and Christmas closures means we are experiencing a longer than usual lead time on some products.
We appreciate your understanding and patience in this challenging time.
The lead time on our bed heads is generally 4-6 weeks. Our lead time on bed bases is between 6-12 weeks from the time of ordering.

All other items
For smaller items we offer door-to-door delivery around Australia at a flat rate of $10 for cushions and $15 for valances / slipcovers. You also have the option to pick-up from our factory on the Sunshine Coast.
- We currently only accept orders within Australia
- On occasion we made hold stock of our most popular items, however most items are made to order and will be dispatched 6 weeks from your order date
- Parcels are sent via Australia Post express and can be expected within 1-3 business days depending on your delivery location
Tracking & Re-delivery
Once your item has been dispatched from our factory you will be emailed an order confirmation and ETA with tracking details. Delivery can be monitored via our carriers website or by downloading the TNT app for live updates, which we strongly recommend.
The ETA is an estimate only and it is your responsibility to liaise with our carrier directly to arrange an alternative delivery day if you're not going to be home. Items cannot be left with out signature and if it is you will forfeit any damage claims should you item be damaged.
Re-attempted delivery will incur an additional fee and are at your own expense.
Returns & Damages
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
If you wish to return an item because it is damaged or faulty please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the item with photos.
All items are packed securely and sent as fragile items via our nominated courier. Please check your items for any transit damage before signing for your delivery. Once you have signed for your delivery this will waive your rights to claiming any necessary compensation should your goods be damaged upon opening.

Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping offers are only valid to orders over $900 in value and up to the value of $120 in shipping costs. This covers addresses with in 25km of major metro areas and items no larger than 2m in length.
