All items are dispatched from our factory in Queensland.


Your delivery options and cost will be calculated at checkout. Please email us to confirm delivery options for locations where a quote is to be provided.

You are also welcome to collect your order from our factory on the Sunshine Coast or arrange your own delivery.

 

Standard Door-to-Door Delivery

This service is delivery from our factory direct to your door (ground level no stairs or lifts) via our chosen carrier who will call ahead. Delivery days and times will be dependent on the carrier's schedule. 

If you require the bed to be delivered into the room or via a lift or stairs please upgrade to our White Glove delivery service.

 

 

White Glove Delivery - Two Men, Delivering to Your Home

This includes delivery into your chosen room, unwrapping the product and removing rubbish. If assembly is required, this will also be included. Wall mounting, electrical install and removal of existing furniture or mattresses is not included. 

**Please check access is not an issue, particularly for oversized items. Consider any lifts, stairwells or tight corners that may prevent delivery being possible. Additional charges may apply if the service can not be provided due to access.


Tracking & Re-delivery

Once your item has been dispatched from our factory you will be emailed an ETA with an approximate day of arrival and / or delivery details. Missed deliveries or re-delivery will incur a repeat charge and will be scheduled on the next available date. Re-attempted delivery will incur an additional fee and are at your own expense.

Lead Times

The lead time on our beds changes week to week but is generally around 6-10 weeks for custom items and a 2-5 day dispatch for in stock items. During sale periods this dispatch timeframe may take longer than usual. All time frames do not include our carrier's transit time. Please contact us to confirm the ETA for your order, or if you you need to place a rush order, which may incur an additional fee.

 

Delivery Delays and Storage

For orders that include both made to order and in stock pieces, we will hold your order free of charge until all items are ready for dispatch, for up to 6 to 8 weeks.

All items will be dispatched according to the production timeframe provided at the time of ordering, generally between 6 and 8 weeks. If you experience project delays or require design changes, please notify us in writing no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled production date. After this point, your order will be completed and dispatched as planned, and the customer will be responsible for arranging any alternative storage.


Pre Orders & In Stock

Please choose carefully as all orders are non-refundable. Pre-Order dates are an estimate only and are subject to change. You will receive an update with an ETA once a dispatch day is confirmed.

If a 50% deposit has been paid on a pre-order item, full payment must be made prior to your order being dispatched. All in stock items require full payment. 


 

Made to Order - Variances

Upholstery

As our made to order pieces are upholstered by hand, slight variations in size, finish, and detailing may occur. These small differences are a natural part of the manufacturing process and contribute to the unique character of each piece.

We strongly recommend ordering fabric samples through our website before placing your order to ensure you are confident in your selection. Please note that fabric colours can vary slightly from batch to batch, particularly with linens and other natural fibres, and the final product may differ slightly from the sample supplied.

Marble

Our marble pieces are crafted from natural stone, meaning each piece is entirely unique. Variations in colour, veining, pattern, and natural markings are inherent characteristics of marble and are not considered faults.

We personally select the marble slabs used in our pieces to ensure they meet the intended character. Due to the natural nature of the material, no two pieces will ever be identical.

As items are safely packaged and stored in our warehouse prior to dispatch, it is not possible to select individual pieces. However should you wish to exchange a particular item please refer to our change of mind policy.

 

Change of Mind - Store Credit

We carefully design and produce each piece to be considered and intentional, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If something isn’t quite right, we can offer a store credit less a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible:

• Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be returned in original condition
• All original packaging, including internal protective packaging, must be included
• Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer

Please complete the claims form below and once your item has been received, all returns are quality checked. If the item does not pass inspection, it will be held until re-delivery is arranged at the customer’s expense.

Returns & Damages


Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

If you wish to return an item because it is damaged or faulty please complete the below claims form within 24 hours of receiving the item with photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in.

Check your items for any transit damage before signing or accepting your delivery. If your items are not inspected at the time of arrival, this will waive your rights to claiming any necessary compensation should your goods be damaged upon opening. 

Made to Order Items 

All made to order pieces are manufactured to chosen specifications, including fabric, size and configuration and for this reason we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds.

We encourage you to carefully review your selections and order fabric samples prior to purchase, as orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are scheduled into production.
