If I order an in stock and pre order product, when will they be delivered?
If you place an order that includes a pre-order item, your order will be held until your order can be dispatched in full.
If you would like your in stock pieces delivered sooner, please place separate orders as our delivery fees are calculated off one delivery.
What is your refund/ return policy?

What is the dispatch timeframe?
In stock items are generally dispatched within 4-7 business days depending on your location. If your order is combined with a pre-order item your order will be held until your order can be dispatched in full.
Can you hold my order?
If you experience project delays or require your order to be held, we offer a complimentary 14 days storage at our warehouse from your purchase date, after this we offer storage for $30/week.
Please contact us for a quote if you require storage on your item.
Can you deliver around Australia and if so how much will it cost me?
We offer several delivery options including door-to-door delivery, depot collection, customer pick up and assembly and rubbish removal. Rates are calculated at check out or you can email us for a quote.
Can I have a bed custom made?
We do not offer custom designs, however a small selection of bed heads can be made to order in your chosen fabric as capacity allows.
Having proudly manufactured in Australia for almost 10 years, we have a deep understanding of what constitutes a quality piece with structural integrity. Through this lens, all of our pieces are designed by us in Queensland and manufactured by our trusted offshore partners.
Our quality and design innovation is the cornerstone of Create Estate, which means we have personally travelled and vetted all offshore supplier factories.
Can I order fabric samples and how?
We currently offer samples for our upholstery pieces, you can order fabric samples from our fabric library.
How do the Floating Bed bases float? What internal system do you use?
Our floating bed base featured with our Ace or Ive bed frame has 8 points of contact with the floor that are centered on the base, so there is no solid structure underneath. It’s supported with steel legs and each timber slat is individually secured to a steel frame. They are extremely strong and have been designed to support your weight and the weight of your mattress all while not moving around.
How strong is the slat system?
The internal system is our own design made of a steel frame that houses 12mm solid pine timber slats, each 70mm apart.
The approximate weight capacity of the slat system is around 400kg.
What are your built in GPO’s?
These are an electrical purpose outlet that is built into our oversized designs, avoiding the need for an electrician to install. There are two installed on the bed head, each with an extension lead at the back that plugs into your existing wall switches. Each GPO includes 2 power sockets and a usb A & C outlet.
What size mattress should I buy for one of your beds?

How and when do we need to wall mount our bed head?
We recommend our Ivy and Ace bed head with built in GPO’s are wall mounted.
Please be aware, that the wall mounting is not included in delivery and unfortunately is not a service we provide.
It's very simple process that you can do at home if you have a drill and are comfortable locating your studs. Alternatively a local handyman or Art Installer can manage it
Does my bed come assembled?
Our standard delivery option includes ground level drop off. If you would like your item delivered into your room and assembled you can choose our White Glove Delivery option at checkout.

Do you have a showroom?
We currently don’t have a showroom, our products are online only. If you have any questions regarding a particular piece, you can contact our team at hello@createestate.com.au
